ADP Payline has introduced dedicated Accountant phone and email support channels for prompt responses to Accountant enquiries:

Accountant Premium Support is for the exclusive use of Accountants for enquiries regarding Payline in general, specific clients’ payrolls and their own payroll. Please note that Accountants require authorisation from their clients to gain access to their Payline reporting.

Please note: the Accountant Premium Support channels are not to be used for sales enquiries or for finalising payroll processing.  Payroll processing queries are managed by ADP's Client Support Centre. For sales enquiries email us at information@au.adp.com or call 1800 000 729.

Typical Payline queries handled by Premium Support include:

• Assistance with finding specific figures within payroll reports
• Questions relating to specific payroll calculations (ie how was this figure calculated?)
• Password reset to gain web access
• Confirmation of payment enquiries
• Queries relating to the client setup and implementation process
• Customer concerns and feedback
• All general enquiries relating to the operational parameters of Payline
