ADP's Management System is consistent with the principles contained in AS/NZ 9001:2000. In the Australia/New Zealand location, ADP currently has systems in place that are consistent with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) AS/NZS 9001:2008 Quality (Business) Management System and AS/NZS 31000:2009 Risk Management System Certification (formely 4360:2004). This involves regular internal and external audits for each site.
The adoption of a Management System is essential for maintaining and enhancing our reputation in the marketplace as a provider of quality payroll and human resource management products and services.
The objective of the ADP Management System is to:
